Traditional foot reflexology

Réflexologie plantaire traditionnelle par Nathalie Alexandre

How does a traditional foot reflexology session take place?

Foot reflexology sessions always begin with an anamnesis.

This time for discussion is extremely valuable since it:

· Allows you to clarify your request and your need.

· determines the protocol that I will carry out in order to best meet your expectations.

After the anamnesis, the traditional foot reflexology session takes place on a massage table, fully clothed, barefoot in a lying position.

Duration of the session:

It lasts approximately 45 minutes and is divided into 3 parts:

· An opening relaxation protocol.

· An individualized protocol that meets your needs.

· A final relaxation protocol.

The first session is always a little longer and lasts on average 1 hour 10 minutes.

The other sessions last approximately 55 minutes.

What to expect from a session?
· Deep relaxation: It is important to realize that stress could be responsible for more than 80% of our illnesses. Every moment of relaxation is therefore precious.

· To rebalance our nervous and endocrine systems.

· To regulate the body's metabolic functions (e.g. constipation, diarrhea).

· Acting on breathing: By acting on our breathing, we act directly on our cells, our tissues, our gas exchanges.

· To activate blood and lymphatic circulation.

· To rebalance your immune system.

· Eliminate toxins through better functioning of the emunctories (Kidneys, Colon, Lungs).

· To restore energy to our body.

· To promote self-healing abilities

Prices:

1 traditional reflexology session: €75

5 traditional reflexology sessions: €300 (i.e. €60 per session).
