As a qualified reflexologist, I provide training in foot reflexology, whether you are a beginner or a therapist.

Level 1:
Objective:

Module 1: Presentation of the history of reflexology, code of ethics, possible side effects linked to reflexology, Presentation of the foot, learning to position yourself in space to work on the foot, the different techniques for working the reflex zones, relaxation protocol
Module 2: Presentation of the digestive system, presentation of the areas of the digestive system, explanation and practice of the areas to be worked on. Review of the relaxation protocol.
Module 3: Presentation of the respiratory system, presentation of the areas of the respiratory system, explanation and practice of the areas to be worked on. Review of the relaxation protocol.
Module 4: Introduction to the circulatory system, presentation of the areas of the circulatory system, explanation and practice of the areas to be worked on. Review of the respiratory system.
Module 5: Introduction to the lymphatic system, presentation of the areas of the lymphatic system, explanation and practice of the areas to be worked on. Review of the circulatory system.
Module 6: Introduction to the locomotor system, presentation of the areas of the locomotor system, explanation and practice of the areas to be worked on. Review of the lymphatic system.

Energy reflexology:
At the end of the course, I offer a specific optional course on energy.
This allows you to connect certain reflex zones to each other or to ubos by applying your fingers. It's a very gentle approach.
