Ingredients:
- 3 or 4 zucchinis depending on the size
- 60 g of broccoli
- 2 eggs
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 onion
- olive oil
- 2cmoka of Turmeric
- 2 cmoka of Paprika
- 20cl of vegetable milk
- 1 shortcrust pastry
Recipe:
Step 1:
- Peel the zucchini and cut them into half slices.
- Grate the broccoli onto a plate.
2nd step:
- Peel an onion and cut it into small pieces.
- Brown it in olive oil.
3rd step:
- Cook the zucchini in water.
- Add 1 crushed garlic clove, the onion, 1 teaspoon of
turmeric and paprika.
- When the zucchini are almost cooked, add the broccoli.

4th step: (while cooking vegetables)
- Beat 3 eggs in a bowl, pour in 20cl of milk, 1 spoonful
mocha of turmeric and paprika and mix.

- Roll out the dough in a mold
